Rev. Reyna C. Ruano best known as Pastora Cecy. I have been a Minister and Senior Pastor for over 10 years at Rosa de Saron in Caldwell, Idaho. I am an ordained minister with Central District through the Assemblies of God.  I have served as Synergy Group Leader for the Spanish Assemblies of God churches in Idaho for 6 years and presently I serve as a General Presbyter  representing all credentialed women ministers in our district (CD/DC). I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Ministry from Instituto Biblico Antioquia, studied 1 year of Administrative Assistant at BSU and got my Teacher’s Certification from the Assemblies of God Springfield, Missouri. My passion is serving God, people and my community by mentoring parents/students, engaging families to embrace our beautiful outdoors and bring pastors together as one.
